Carlos Vassallo, CEO
Carlos has extensive international business experience. He has worked
for various multinational corporations, and has had major responsibilities
for sales and operations for Latin America. In addition, Carlos has business
start-up experience and business consulting experience. He has worked
for IBM, Elexco International, Proxima, and Abitibi Consolidated and has
undertaken independent international assignments. He holds a B.S. from
the University of Argentina and an M.B.A. from New York University. Carlos
lives in New York City and has two daughters Flavia and Lorenza. Carlos is
a native of Argentina and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Marcelo Ballester, Chief
Technology Officer
Marcelo has over 20 years’ worth of experience working and building
solutions in the technology business-to-business marketplace. Marcelo
has also received numerous recognitions from his clients based on his
consistent delivery of successful programs. Marcelo has always been
a hands-on technologist whose proficiencies range from network infrastructure
design and security to application development. Marcelo was a co-founder
of ACS Consulting back in 1993. Marcelo received a degree of Electronic
Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires in his native Argentina.
He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Eric Di Monte, CCO
Eric has over 15 years experience in the recruitment field where he has worked on both corporate and agency environments. His skills focus on business relationship building, project management, sourcing and interviewing, along with an adaptability to take on broad tasks and varied responsibilities. He was born in Astoria, Queens to Italian and Argentinean parents, relocating to Argentina from the age of 3 until age 12. His family then moved to Sydney, Australia where he completed high school studies and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Eric has been in New York since 2001 and lives (back again) in Astoria with his wife and son. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Gaston Lieutier, SVP
Business Development International
Gaston has extensive experience in all phases of Information Technology project
lifecycles. Prior to joining LatinVision, Gaston was a technical project manager at
Multi-Logic, Inc. an Internet startup that provided online advice and interactive
expertise to the financial services industry. In addition, Gaston was a project manager
and business analyst at Reuters, a leading news and information conglomerate and has
experience as a software developer. Gaston holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Virginia and an MBA from the Darden Business School of the same University.
Gaston is a native of Uruguay.

Oscar Scarano, Chief
Architectural Officer
Oscar holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires. With
extensive experience in web applications and software analysis and implementation, he has
been involved in many successful internet projects from the begining of the World Wide
Web. Founder of StageGlobal, an IT solution provider with a unique approach to
consolidated corporate communication strategies, and native of Argentina, Oscar is fluent
in Spanish and English.

Julieta Caracoche, Chief
Content Officer
Julieta is an independent marketing consultant specializing in
marketing strategy and communications. She has a degree in Public Relations by the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa. Since she graduated in 1998, she has worked in different industries: real state, hospitality and media, in Buenos Aires and Madrid.
She has special interest in travels and literature, and arts in general.
Julieta is fluent in English and Spanish.

Alejandro Sacasa, Chief Media Officer
Alejandro has been working in the Latin media industry since 1995, and has been involved with projects in broadcast and cable television, internet, and mobile telephony. Most recently he was the General Manager of Nicaragua's leading television station. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Leonard Stern School of Business at New York University. Although Alejandro is a native of Nicaragua, he grew up in Miami, and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Abril
A. Reiss, Conferences and Events Chief
Abril has extensive
experience in Public Relations, marketing and event planning. A native
of Mexico, Abril moved to New York in 2007 and recently completed
studies in Media Relations and Publicity Techniques at New York
University. While residing in Mexico, Abril served as Public Relations
Coordinator for an elite association of Mexican entrepreneurs where she
planned and organized various symposiums, spearheaded PR programs, and
formulated media plans for consumer print and broadcast media. Abril
began her career as the Managing Attorney of the Municipal Department of
Transparency in Northern Mexico. Abril is fluent in Spanish and
English.
